Fantastic rifle and all praise to Ernest for his great work tuning it for you. I am skeptical about getting that much power with the reg at only 140 bar... have you tried a different gauge to see if it agrees with the one that's showing 140 bar? You now have as much power as a .22 long rifle does! 

I tuned my Wildcat .30 to shoot the 50 grainers at an avg. of 906 ft/s for about 91 fpe...which is about the outer limit for my Wildcat .30...I was shooting for 100 fpe but just couldn't get there. I actually set it down to shoot the 50's at 890 ft/s on Monday when I was playing with her, because that is the setting where she will put all 7 shots into 1/2" at 50 yards, and that's 88 fpe which is nothing to scoff at. Any faster and the groups opened up slightly...and at this setting I am also getting 23 shots from a 250 bar fill.

What is reg set at Chuck?

So what do you guys think the max fpe for the Impact is? Combo: reg bar? Projectile? FPS?

It's a wiki gauge, I have no reason to doubt it.

Accuracy at 75yds is all I've tested so far and it's a ragged hole when I do my part. Ernest says the 44.75gr will fly better, tried them and he's right, but they are only 98fpe

Maxx, has a 600mm ST barrel and they are slightly faster then the 600mm STX barrel. I tested a 700 STX in maxx impact and got 980fps that over 106 FPE, at 170b around 115FPF. the 2 new Wika gauge was tested prior to installation. Great tune on your 700mm .30 WC, to me the WC is limited in power tuning to its limited smaller valving and smaller plenum Maxx impact has 3X more plenum space and with larger valving to maintain a higher pressure behind the pellet through out the length of the barrel.
