Throw Levers

I usually just use those double gripping plastic clamps for throw levers & side focus handles. But bought a couple of these MK Machining throw levers to try out. He has them for a lot of scopes, these are made out of some pretty tough material. I think he makes them in metal as well.

I got a couple of these for my Athlon scopes. They work and they are affordable.

I usually just use the squeeze double row clamps. The trouble with them is they do not fit into the grooves of the eyepiece for a secure grip like MK has. Definitely less expensive than some of the metal ones.
