Ok I’m going to try to write out what is noodling around in my head as drive all night long in an understandable manner. This thinking I hope reflects the uniqueness in this sport and is reflective of how great the community is. Now please let me know if I’m wrong on facts or thinking. Anyway I got to thinking about Noor (SP ?) winning rmac. Now I am no expert about how sponsorships and such work but this is my thinking. A guy who as far as I know shoots for Utah Airguns, who is FX through and through to my knowledge. By that I’m reffing to Utah Airguns. Shows up in the BR competition at Utah with a RP and wins the whole thing. He shoots a gun that is without a doubt a huge competitor/ threat to the FX brand for podium spots. A gun company that was sued by FX for its original design. Yet a team that pushes FX hard has one of their shooters on the line with this competitors gun. Is this accurate so far ?? As to me it’s a bit crazy, I have no idea in what other pro level of sport/competition this kind of thing would fly ?? Am I right in thinking this is reflective of the community that comprises this hobby in how tight and supportive of a community it is ? Just curious on others thoughts?
Oh forgot isn’t Thayne team Utah as well ? Would follow the same suit I guess.
