Here is a picture of Memorial Day mid 70's (i am carving one of the turkey's ) this was my normal close friends group , Tent campers no matter the weather . P.S. i had my Tempest with . must have gone through 300 pellets .

Props must be given, and care must be taken to make sure you do not give that to the many that try to muscle in to get something they do not deserve.

The people i respect the most are all but gone now, it sadden me i have not thanked enough of them, but that’s due to the fact i have met so very few of them.

I was 10 in 76 so i would probably be the one sitting in the bushes in the back,,,, with the tempest.

I was thinking about 4 guys from my home town that died in Vietnam. 4 guys from a little town in Michigan seems like a lot. I actually researched them all and learned a little about them. The one I remember most was the older brother of a friend I grew up with. He was killed on Hill 55 in 1966. I was 10 years old when that happened and I remember it like it was yesterday. Give the hero’s a thought today and maybe raise a beer to them for their sacrifice. Have a great rest of your Memorial day friends.
