I'm thinking Aeromagnum made them up and I'm seeing great groupings online with the proper setup and those bad boys.

No sir, I got them from Al over at Aeromagnum he's been making high quality big bore projectiles for a long time. Now that our "smaller-bore" airguns become more capable he's started making smaller projectiles.
