Thermal Scope

In a few weeks, I will be in the market of buying a thermal scope. I have been looking around and have decided I don't what an ATN. I have seen good reviews on Pulsar but I'm not sure if they are apart of ATN. I will mostly be using this scope for coyote hunting and rabbit hunting from ranges 20 to 200 yards. For close stuff, I would be using my airguns and for further ranges I will be using my powder burners. My budget will be around 2000 but of course if there is something that will fit my need for a lot cheaper please inform me. I don't mind buying new but if you know someone who is selling a still new scope for a lower price, let me know.

For 2K I’d probably get the N750 with a nice 900nm IR Flashlight.

Why would you recommend the n750 over thermal? I know 2k for a thermal scope is on the low end. Would a 2k IR scope be better then a 2k thermal scope? From what I can see, the n750 runs about 1500

I need to add I can't use an IR light source, and I need to have a thermal scope to be legal.
