This was shot on Saturday, May 8th in what quickly turned into quite the snowstorm! FWIW, I did end up hitting the stick at both 32 and 52 yards. The video is of the 32 yard shot that was "clean". My 52 yard shot simply wounded the stick - I was not able to cleanly snap the stick in any of my follow-up shots! Here are some pics from a little later in the afternoon after taking my 32 yard shots. (Do I get bonus points for shooting in this weather?!?!?)

Wow - this past weeks "split-a-stick" challenge was fun! Here's a quick summary:

@robbles1927 - impressive blowback pistol action at 40 ft.

@Longbrownbox - well rounded vid with intro, scope cam shooting, & conclusion. Nice editing for an old geezer too! 😝

@DakotaEnox8 - 1st shot with .30 @ 100 yards 🔥love your enthusiasm too. My neck hurts from watching part of the vid sideways 👀

@Aloha808 - 7 year old son, 3rd shot with a .177 springer! His reaction is awesome.

@SorenSD - 1st shot 50 yards with a .17 springer... come on man!!!

@pjclarke (Josie) - 14 year old daughter 31 yards, 3rd shot. #proudpapa moment

@John_in_Ma - another multi-faceted performance

@pjclarke - tough shot with your stick at an angle! No room for error.

@mcoulter - 2nd shot, tough shooting with no backdrop for POI reference. 

airriflexploration (IG) - split a stick twice in pretty windy conditions

socalairrifles (IG) - clean POI slow mo video



This weeks winner is going to be DakotaEnox8 for his uncontrollable enthusiasm & precise shot placement at 100 yards.

Runner up is Longbrownbox, followed by Aloha808. Both of you are getting some AGN stickers too! And of course an honorable mention (again) to SorenSD.
