The wait is almost over...

Now you really are making me jealous. I can get 15 yards from the far wall of my living room to the far corner of my bathroom. It's good for leveling my scope, but that's it. I do have a set-up in the bedroom (away from the TV!) with a makeshift benchrest and a .22lr rimfire bullet stop that I was using for a Chrony range, but I doubt if I can use it with my RAW. I was pushin' the envelope with my Impact .30. I bought another Primos Trigger Stick tripod to mount my Chrony, and a two-point rifle rest adapter for my old Trigger Stick to Chrony in the field. Onward 'n upward! Oh, to hit the lottery (although I'd have to put a dozen of these end to end!):

I didn't ask Sandra how much the Euro Rail was. I know the Picatinny Rail conversion kit is $35. (She is sending me an updated purchase order.) I might have to pay extra for the Euro Rail because I failed to order it initially. Here's the breakdown of my current purchase order:
  • (1) .357 HM1000X Regulated RH Forest Laminate Thumbhole Stock, Carbon Fiber Sleeved Barrel & Moderator, 480cc Bottle 130 ft/lbs .......................................................................................................... $2,225.00
  • (1) Adjustable Cheek Piece fitted to stock (price included with rifle).............................0.00
  • (2) 7 Shot (.357) Magazine................................................................................................150.00
  • Buy One Get One Free Magazine Offer...........................................................................(75.00)
  • UPS Ground cost to be advised at time of shipping.........................................................0.00
  • Sales Tax (interstate shipment)............................................................................................0.00
Total...................................................................................................................................$2,300.00

NOTE: Make sure you specify right-hand or left-hand thumbhole.

I know you plan to use your RAW primarily as a bench shooter, so you will be tethered; but have you given any thought to bottle re-fill while hunting? I opted for a pony bottle as opposed to a spare bottle due to the leaking issues I had with my Impact.

Here is both tanks and my tether regulator.

"marcella69"Oh, OK; you're good to go! I believe a pony bottle for bottle re-fills in the field is the way to go.
I jumped in with both feet, if your going to do it might as well try to do it right if a person can afford to.
I could sell one of my Harley's being I can't drive them, well I can but not very far due to chronic pain but anyway I've told the wife I wanted to sell one or both but she comes back with WHY there paid for and then I say ya your right don't cost nothing sitting there except Ins and Registration every year.....He'll being on disability I couldn't afford to buy another Harley...

I believe I'll be OK. From what I've gleaned from physics, personal experience, and talkin' to other folks who have the 12 cu-fter; I reckon I'll get 60+ shots in the field. That's way more than enough. Like you said; I'm a hunter, not a plinker. That will be plenty even for Chrony, zero, and range work. If push comes to shove, I can always just throw (not throw, gently place) my 75 cu-ft tank in the trunk.

Here is my pony bottle: http://www.airgunsofarizona.com/air-cylinders/omega-12-cu.-ft.-4500-psi-portable-air-tank/

I also have an Omega Air Charger and an FX 4-stage handpump in case of the Apocalypse!

That's why I went with the 74cf tank.....to have extra air for my 90 when I'm not close to home or out hunting, it's nice to be able to fill the smaller tank.
I also have thought about finding a way to split the hose on my regulator so my .22 and .25 can be tether to the 74cf tank at the same time when bench shooting both when one of my sons is with me, they both would be using the same psi around 2700.
