Tuning The RAT Works quick fill problem

Hey Guys

I got a quick fill adapter with gauge for my Steyr LG110 from RAT Works on Ebay, nice quality piece, matching air cylinder perfectly. The Problem is it start leaking at the gauge, I can only fill to 100 BAR and then starts leaking to empty, any idea if that can be fixed?

I did send a message to the seller but didn't hear anything from him yet.

Not to hijack and no experience with that particular piece. But is this the same RAT Works recommended by many as a good vendor for the titanium HW100 cylinders? I'll be watching this for further information as well as their response. I'm interested in purchasing one of the Ti cylinders for my HW100. I hope you get good response on solving your problem.

The same guy, don't get me wrong, it's a quality product and fast shipping...I got it last year and gauge is (WAS) accurate, hope it can be fixed.

Certainly anything can fail and one such issue shouldn't be held against anyone. The response (or lack of) from the vendor is what I'm interested in. Hope you get it fixed quickly and easily.

Seller got back to me the next day after I contacted him. Looks like one of the seals needs to be replaced, he gave me an instruction how to do it, just waiting for him to confirm O-ring size. So far so good.

So I finally got the gauge out the other day, to do so you need to pull out black cover and use 22mm thin wall socket wrench. My issue was that gauge wasn’t tight enough ,1/8 turn counterclockwise then you see on the pictures, basically after pulling out black cover I unscrewed gauge by hand. Always bothered me that gauge wasn’t in line with fill port, now perfect in line.
