Hey Gino, I want to see the first video, the one where you didn’t use the silicone as a release agent. I need a good Sunday morning laugh! 
Pretty cool idea, you’re always coming up with some cool modifications, parts or work arounds. Good stuff brotha.
Is it pouring up there? We’re getting absolutely slammed down here. It started at 9pm last night and hasn’t let up at all. It’s had to have rained 3-4-5 inches already, crazy. (I just checked, it’s 11:45am now…from 8pm through 8am this morning, it’s rained 5 inches and it hasn’t let up yet). Maybe 6+ inches by now! If the state isn’t on fire, it’s flooding! It’s been so long since we’ve had a serious downpour, I almost forgot what rain looks like. We certainly need it but it’s not too conducive to shooting…It is to Steelhead and Salmon fishing though! Woo Hoo!

Looks like a TAIPAN Vet barrel ... transfer port would be in the thimble and not barrel making this shown procedure much easier

Very creative and I like it. Watching a video with a hot glue gun and air rifle barrel made me a little uncomfortable but I understand the process and it's safe.

Yeah, it's a lot safer and a hell of a lot less toxic than having pouring hot lead into the bore!!!
Also, I forgot to mention that it's a good idea to index the jag to the rifling of the bore (just as you would with lead). You'll quickly realize that the jag can stick inside of the bore and not move as fluid as it does when it's indexed!
That being said, I'm having a little bit of a hard time using the heaviest (220-grit) lapping compound with these tiny .22cal jags that have the tiny ribbed shoulders. The casted hot glue jag can pop off easier when there's this much bore friction. So I'm thinking about making some custom threaded brass jag attachments with some little "seats" at front and rear that would make it a little bit easier to cast the hot glue jags and prevent the hot glue jag from coming off - regardless of the lapping grit.
