Shout out to The Pellet Shop for great service and assistance with my latest PCP purchase. I am very new to PCP and purchased a Leopard from another vendor in July. Had a couple of issues with that sale and they would not work with me on the price of a new FX Impact M4 compact. I am keeping the Leopard, but based on a couple of issues, I would have expected some movement or small discount for a second FX purchase from them. Got zilch offered, so I looked at The Pellet Shop, as I had purchased some pellets from them.
Long story short, they walked me though the buying process very well and made a couple of great suggestions along the way, such as a one piece lower scope mount. I wanted some heavier pellets for my Leopard and they threw in two tins to boot, as well as a few other extras, like a neoprene cover for the Element Helix Gen 2 scope I purchased from them. Plus a discount code.
The rifle shipped out the next business day. They tuned it for the pellets I shoot and I could not be happier. It shoots very accurately, even out to 50 yds with the Hades 15.89, which is supposed to not shoot that great past 40 yds, but it does fine for me shooting house sparrows. No regulator creep at all, so quite happy with the M4.
