I've done a fair bit of business with Bin Yan and The Pellet Shop over the last year. Bin has always responded to my texts / phone calls, and always delivered what was promised. When I had an issue with a rifle, he either shipped me the parts I needed or a replacement rifle. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from The Pellet Shop and I wish all vendors were as honest and customer oriented as Bin Yan is.

The pellet gun world like society has it’s share of immaturity- in this case a buyer who really didn’t know what he wants - lessons learned - for the buyer - improve impulse control or these high dollar toys will break your bank account! TPS deserves nothing but kudos for calmly and professionally putting up with b.s.

Maybe they're shipping policy is too fast . It does not allow for a customer to change there mind. I will never shop with them! They promised i would only pay for return shipping they charged me for both to and from. I needed a quiet airgun for my backyard. The greasy vendor convinced me the lcs was quiet , however when i went to a local vendor they showed me the db difference between the lcs and the fx gun . the lcs gun is loud! that's why I changed my order I should have checked out the db level first but could not find anything on utube? Dont vendors have a conscience, its business arrogance.

They told you to ship it back, not decline it, declining it puts all costs on them, your remorse is not their issue. A shipping policy too fast? Do your due diligence to thoroughly think out your purchase before clicking buy, again, not their fault. You are an entitled Karen.

It cost the seller $171. What makes you think the seller can give away this money? It's okay for the seller to lose $171 but it's not okay for you to lose. Who in their right mind runs a business that way.
I'm with the seller. I don't hold your mistakes against you but I do expect you to pay for them.

Time for self reflection is a good thing. No vender should pay CC fees and shipping fees for buyers remorse. Purchasing an item online is a digital handshake.

It is Truly unfortunate that small business owners have the "burden of proof" when it comes to customers like this, sadly this is the case..
This was obviously not Bin's 1st rodeo, his meticulous record keeping of the transaction show who the Real villain was in this instance.
It's hard enough for a small business owner today, internet kamikaze's, troll's being troll's, and just outright liars are a constant pain in the arse .
I applaud TPS for standing up for themselves and i will be happy to support him and his family.
