We’re walking through the woods, and Penny looks up and starts running which is her signal that she’s found a squirrel. She trees it. I could see where the squirrels hole was in the

I caught a glimpse of tail, so I backed up until I could see more. Candidly, I had no shot at the vitals. So I knocked him out of the tree by shooting him in the rear. Penny was on him when he hit the ground. End of story.
The 25 knocked him right out of the tree. I 17 would have done nothing but made him hug the tree closer.
I was very impressed, and at 5 pounds dripping wet it is a pleasure to carry.
