N/A The most shots per fill....

Which pcp has the most at say 10-12 fpe using .177 JSB 10.3's? Might also consider getting a 700cc bottle to accommodate.

Preferences;
Not heavy but doesn't need to be super light weight.
Must have a real barrel, no liners.
Decent quality.
Repeater using High cap magazines.
Left side cocking would be nice.
Non electronic.

Why??, for plinking on my property as 90% of it's duty.
Currently have a 5.5 fpe Steyr LGB1 that I tend to use as far out as 75y but it's of course petered out by then even though I can still hit my steel out that far. Ha it only dents tin cans at 75y.

Just want to sit in my easy chair up on the hill at my barn with a bunch of loaded mags and shoot until I'm done without refilling.

Suggestions please and thanks.

Almost any rifle with a reasonable cylinder size even a tube gun will yield lots of shots at 12fpe.
I had a Crosman Challenger tuned to 18 fpe by Airgun Revisions and it only had a ~200cc cyl and it shot forever without a refill. More than 150 shots would be my guess
If I tuned my Crown w 480cc bottle down to 12 fpe, I could probably shoot for a couple weeks all day.

This Brocock Commander XR has a crazy high shot count with 10.3's moving at 810 fps
You'll get bored with the accuracy and very nice to shoulder. Old pic but it gives you something to study
i do NOT know if anyone is making a high capacity mag for the Brococks.

i believe a .22 12ftlbs will get more shots than a .177 as well.
I was shooting my FX Royale at 12 fpe this morning with CP 14.3 gr for the morning experiment on mentioned steel. A bit slow but all around decent and it doesn't shoot bad.

I'm trying to use the 10.3's because I've got a lot of them plus also itching to try a different gun.
Oh and neighbors walk by my property so in case a projectile leaves the border there's less chance of serious injury.

I like my .22 Crown for that kinda shooting.

Never had an issue with "liners", my Crown easily out shoots my S510, HW100 and Wolverine R.

Cheers!
My friend has a Crown in 25 which shoots great. His is an early one with the shroud extension. Could be wrong but I think it has a regular barrel? Yes, no??

I hate POI shifts and if a gun isn't consistently reliable enough to hit a small KZ the 1st shot I'll get frustrsted with it. That Steyr LGB1 has POI shifts is another reason I want to get another gun. Eh it's not designed for how I'm using it but sure is a fun gun once I get it zero'd and I stay within it's capabilities, actually quite surprizing what it'll do with a 8.4gr at 554 fps.

Vulcan 3 500mm .177, with the 480cc bottle and 300b fill, reg set to 100b at 19fpe I got 340 shots. I've seen sub12airgunners yt videos and before modifications he was easily getting over 500 shots, with the mods he's done depending on which bottle he uses he either gets around 800 shots per fill at 12fpe or over 1000 shots per fill can't say which bottle. He did do a few internal mods though

I've tuned my Taipan Veteran Short .25 caliber to 25 FPE. It gets around 80 to 90 shots on the regulator.

That's amazing you get that many shots!
I've read and seen how well built these guns are but the rear next to the ear cocking is a deal breaker though, as well as 10 round mags. These are very good for not having POI shifts which would be a big positive attribute.

That's getting about perfect!

I have a V3 in 25 cal in 700m and it's one of my favorite guns - precise, reliable, and stays zero'ed well.

Uragan 3 in 17 cal/ comments on it??
I love mine the only reason I returned mine was because they sent me a second one rifie by accident. I ordered a v3 .177 from Krale, received a .30 500mm. Spoke to them about it, did about half the process for making the exchange for the one I ordered and then I changed my mind, spoke of them, told them that I would keep the dirty caliber, and they said, okay, but for some reason, I still received the gun. I contacted them and I sent it back but it was great. If you love your experience with the .25 it will be the same, just quieter. No need for a mod either. I went through like 5 mags and decided to see how far along I was and barely went through 40b 😂

Believe it or not, I have an M2, .25 caliber that not only shoots well, but I recently tested it for shot count per a friend's request.

So, I loaded up a few magazines and started from a full fill of 250bar. My friend asked me to run it until it dropped off the regulator, so I did just that.

While it was still shooting well after dropping off of the regulator, I decided to stop before possibly damaging the valve with the hammer hits. Still poking them out at 890FPS.

I ended up with a validated FX Chrono string of 142 shots. I could not believe it myself but had the sense to copy all of the FX Chrono run and recount. Sure enough, 142.

Springer Advocate - Walnut TX200 with a Vortek PG4 spring and seal. The rifle was made to shoot 12 fpe and Vortek nails it right back in place.

The 10.3's perform their normal voodoo and punch way above their weight as always skirting through the wind.
I had one and a good one for a sproinger, even winning a FT match in this division. I've mentioned it before on AN that I was raised on barrel cockers from age 10 and truthfully they just don't enthuse me anymore and neither did the 300s or the TX.

The main spring broke in it and I put a Vortek kit in it then sold it.
