I really like both of these little rifles. Wanted to see what the weight difference was as currently setup. All fairness to the Dream-Tact Compact, that luth is heavy. I believe the Vixen would be closer to 6 with the factory grip. I also have an inch spacer on the butt plate of the Vixen to give me 15.5 lop, might weigh a few oz. The FX is shooting over 900 & the Vixen is at 800 , both using 15.9 JSP. I like both & if the Vixen & I do well this squirrel season , it will be my favorite.

Opened up the port in the brass breech & the pellet probe with a dremel & set the huma reg 150. It will shoot 920. But think I have it at 900 now. I think you might be able to buy those brass breech thingys now that are already opened up.

That Vixen has more weight to the rear it looks like. I bet it feels a LOT lighter than the dreamline.

I can get my FX Crown down to 7lbs even with synthetic stock, 4x acog, riser, and a 380mm barrel/small huma moderator.

the way I have it now is a pleasure to shoot. That is great on your Crown & a full size gun that is actually awesome.

Overall seems like a well thought out and well executed design. If I had an empty spot for another, I'd be real tempted to get one. 

I was super suprised the Crown could get that trim. It's a lot of fun for plinking like that, but for hunting I do prefer more weight (steadies off-hand shots better, I feel?)
