The first scouts are out and started mapping the neighbourhood

I am watching them in streets coming from multiple directions. Still snow on the ground that gives me some time - a week or two - to prepare.
Started sighting in a LPVO (crossbow 1.5x5) scope on my Leshiy2, this will be a close combat action up in the air between my wallnut tree branches.
I know already I would need a scope tape for ranges about 4-10 meters. I have some leftover tins 18.2gn H&N Hunters from last year.
Lets get going :)

What is wrong with mounting a Xbow scope? :)

Couple days ago, in a freezing wind and subzero... these two stuck on the tree probably for 10 to 12 hours, I found them tomorrow morning on the ground - frozen. I did not had a scope sight in for close range yet.

She and the other black cat were guarding my deck a whole day, any time of a day one cat was inside to warm up the other was keeping ground swaping in and out until late evening.

We are an effective team. My job is not to kill, only to knock them down to floor.

Wife is freaked out, the basement sometimes looks like a butcher shop. :)

Use some rubber bands to straighten the trigger finger.
