AllianceHobby.com now sees a legal issue with my bank. I don't mind paying the bank.
UK Banking systems will seize that money and hold their own case.

The ROYAL MAIL post office have started THREE investigations. THREE.
Every time I call them they start another one AND THEN.......................... email saying , we will initialise this in THREE DAYS TIME ....... (get this) JUST IN CASE.... it arrives.
After this we will investigate.

Seems that here is where your issue should be, but YOU gave up on them. THEY were the last ones it was tracked to. I'm certain the English don't make many errors, but in this case it looks (from what you are reporting) that they may have. But this is also why the USPS offers (FREE OF ADDITIONAL CHARGE) Insurance for up to $200. Just need to go to the website and file a claim for domestic issue with tracking, not sure about the Internation but would think it can't be TOO much harder.
