I don’t know about you all, but I’ve been over here fighting the urge to jump on a lot of the deals I’m seeing for Black Friday. I’ve done good getting things I made a lists for and “needed” to complete some setups, but I have a couple of carts with few thousand dollars worth of guns and items and I’m struggling not to checkout. Many of you guys seem like it’s not an issue. Anyone else struggling? I only have a few more hours to go before some of these sales end. I’m trying to hang on but….damn man!

@igolfat8 I was actually looking at a used one for $1099 and a new one for $1299 thinking “That’s less than I paid for my Lelya.” How are you liking that?

I'd just do it. You know the value of that currency is going down and nothing locks in your savings like investing in an important thing like an air rifle.

So I’m seriously looking at a Cayden and a Dragon Claw. I put up an thread months ago about adding a .22 to my stable and the Cayden seemed like a good mid-tier rifle. I also like big bores and have had my eye on the Claw a couple years. Since I’ve gotten into arrow shooting I’m really considering it and it’s on sale for about $150 off. I’m just not enthusiastic about the price of .50 slugs. I’m loosely flirting with the Veteran. Not really necessary, more like a curiosity.

@AirArcher66 How do you sling that up? I don’t see sling studs. The other thing is that it will probably sit unused for extended periods outside of deer season. I have what I need for all other animals. I really have what I need for deer. I just like the classic look of the Dragon Claw and the idea of shooting heavier broadheads.

Back in the day the EunJin/ Sam Yang guns came with a sling stud that replaced the screw that holds the forearm and you just had to get one into the buttstock, I really don't know what the deal is now That Pyramyd re-branded them,...I too love the looks of the over/under shotgun them guns have and would love to have a line up in all 3 calibers

I was doing pretty well myself until Utah Airguns had a used Crown MKII package on sale. So, really I didn't have a choice but to buy it. I also had them Hydro-dip the stock with Black lightning.

No new stuff for me. My gun account has beed dehydrated since I discovered PCP’s. If anything I would like a nice scope for my Maverick But that will wait until i finish setting up the Crown MKII 25.

I only pull the trigger on the 2 impulse moderators for my HP condors..since they were offering a extra baffle for each mod .. the only other thing I would have made me a Christmas gift was a slayer.. but 2023 they should be available..
