Most airguns in larger calibers can produce that much power so this is a great demonstration for us to take safety seriously. I don’t shoot anything above 11 FPE at my suburbia house/yard.

That is a nice little carbine. It would make a great raccoon getter. What pellet / slugs are you using? HP has a slew of new slugs out in .25.

Backstops are king for backyard shooting. I have a 30 fpe limit / 55 yard range backstop so I can ignore the wind. What ever works as long as it is safe!

hn baracuda the 30 gr not hp i have the hp baracuda slugs also at 30 i save those for hunting ....yes i have a clift if dirt behind my backyard where i have my mini range set and i shoot from my second floor beedroom window so im shooting down...i mostly use my marauder for backyard plinking with a 25 it gets very expensive real fast

Raccoons are why I bought my TalonP.

I have had very limited luck with slugs. Early on I tried some FX hybrids. The first box did pretty good, but not so on the second one.
I have had some luck with Nielsen 29.5 gr in .249 but not nearly as accurate or consistent is JSB pellets.
I think the short choked barrel is just no good for shooting slugs

I truly loved my stock talonp - adding an 18” heavy barrel made me grin ear to ear. My .25 talon p w/ 18” barrel feels like a sweet spot for me.

11mm dovetail.
I mounted my light on the top rail with a picatinny adapter and an offset mount.

Yes, both top and bottom are dovetail. I put mine on the top rail since the bipod was attached to the bottom.
