In September of 2013 I bought a Crossfire II 4-12x 50 rifle scope. It has sat atop three different firearms and two PCPs with several thousands of rounds and pellets through those guns. Had tracked well and always held it's zero, until recently. I was more than satisfied with the service of the scope. I contacted (email) Vortex and ask how to send it in for repair. They responded within hours. I sent the scope to them and today I received a New scope, less than a week from first contact. Didn't expect that. Can't beat Vortex, and they have costumer for life.
