Thanks to Tony at Talon Airguns. I ordered a Uragan 3 - .25 calibre with a 700mm barrel and red laminated stock. I asked Tony to set it up for 33 to 35 grain slugs. Tony delivered an airgun ready to shoot, and shoot well. When I got the chance to really play with it, I learned he took the time to really dial it in for the requested ammo. It got 45 shots from a 275 Bar fill before it fell off the regulator. The 33 to 35 grain slugs have a muzzle velocity between 980 and 990 fps. I tested a bunch of different projectiles, standard deviations for 5 shot groups was 2 or less for everything! Out to 50 yards it shot everything well. But it absolutely loves H&N HP slugs at 0.249" diameter and 34 grains. It shot a 0.176" five shot group at 50 yards with the H&N's. Best group I've ever got out of an airgun at that distance, and that's with a 7-10 mph wind.
