Many year ago I bought a Unarex gauntlet.
It was my first PCP.
I used a pump and shot the heck out of that rifle, pumping and shooting over and over agin.
As time went on I bought an FX, compressor, tanks and many other rifles.
The Gauntlet went in a case and was forgotten.
Lately I found it and wanted to revive it..
So I ordered a bunch of parts from Hajimoto.
I made my order, and very quickly I received my parts.
As an over sight I was shorted 2 tiny shims.
After an email, I received a response in and hour.
Hajimoto productions not only took responsibility, but sent out the part, and additional shims because I needed a few more than came with the kit.
He also refunded my shipping cost!
This is how business should deal with problems.

Its a refreshing solution to a inocent mistake.
I'm finding less manufacturers are taking responsibility for screw ups, let alone offering quick responses and solutions.
