My pleasure. sorry about the frustrations. Apparently there was a massive attack on Wordpress sites when everything came to a standstill. We blocked over a dozen DOS attacks but unfortunately some made it through. Our developer are still working to remove some "troublesome" code, in the meantime we allocated a ridiculous amount of resources to speed things up.

Now please please please let us get a very nifty 21st century feature that EVERY OTHER forum in the world already has implied:
The ability to press a button to see which topics have new entries and then another button on that topic line to CONTINUE at the very next next new entry, where you left off the last time...
Saves a lot of time of needlessly scrolling through each topic to see what is new...
(And if this is not possibe for some unknown reason: Why are topics in the "all topics" thread not in chronological order? (maybe a setting wrong on my side?)

@MartinT, I don't want to diminish your request in any way, but here are a couple of pointers that might be helpful to you:
For the first issue you can use the feed with a suitable RSS reader.
For the 2nd issue, consider this workflow: on the index page with the topics listed, open each topic of interest in a new tab. Then work through each tab. That way you only scroll through the index once, and closing a tab automatically gets you to the next topic of interest.

Im just happy the site is working again. I was having tablet issues while all this was goimg on and it was taking no less than 30 mins to load a topic. How i restrained myself from shooting this tablet is beyond me.

Thanks, Michael, I was hoping that my email notifications to subscribed topics & PM's would work again , but it is Not, I have Subscribed to over !0 topics in the last few days , & not 1 email notification, roger
