Just wanted to give Hawke Sport Optics Two thumbs up for their great warranty and service. I bought a scope (eclipse 6-24x50) about 4yrs ago and loved it. I used it on my rws 48 then i bought a FX Bobcat and put the scope on it. Most recently i bought a HW95 luxus and put the scope on it to see how accurate the gun was at 50+ yrds but after a few shots it malfunctioned sooo I emailed Hawke and got a call back the next day, they said send it in so they could take a look. I tracked it and a couple days after they received it i called to check on it, the person that answered the phone said it was on its way back. It arrived today, Brand new in the box a replacement Hawke Airmax 30 SF 6-24x50AMX IR..... OHHH HAPPY DAYYYY...and Thank You Hawke Sport Optics for your Great customer service and honoring your warranty.

They have the best customer service. I also have an Eclipse, which I love. I needed a turret cap and decided to give them a call.
One of the guys found the last one they had and in a few days I had it at my house free of charge.
That is how you treat your customers and have them keep coming back.

I agree wholeheartedly! No warranty issues/thought I might!, but had a question & emailed there service/warranty center and had a quick concise answer almost immediately!

Since the day they started selling in the U.S. Hawke has replaced more scopes than any other company. One of the more unusual business models that works.

Their service is as good as it gets. I sent one in for repair and they just replaced it with a brand new unit. Quick and friendly. I highly recommend them. Sylvan
