Texas Exotics w/ AirForce Texan: "Tasty Black Buck Heart Catch, Clean, and Cook"

Got a chance to head into some beautiful Texas hill country to chase black buck with AirForce pro-staffer Mike "Mulletman" Ownes. We got rained on and absolutely covered in mud but it was well worth the work to put some meat in the freezer. If you haven't been eating your dear/wild game hearts you're missing out! What's your favorite way to prepare deer/wild game heart?

Check out the video link below!

The heart is the first thing we eat. Usually the same day the deer is killed. We just boil it slice it and add a little salt. Can't be beat!

I've heard that is a great way to cook them, but I have not tried it. I've done it the way we did in the video and I've also cut it up into strips and grilled it and made tacos out of it, super good!
