Is there enough barrel protruding on the Texan carbine to utilize a donnyfl thread adapter?

i'm no expert on this, but if you contact donny before ordering he will steer you in the right direction and give you some good info.

I sent DonnyFL that same question back in June about the Texan Carbine. He responded with the required overlap for his clamp-on barrel adapters but did not know how much of the Texan Carbine barrel protruded. I ended up dropping the idea and not ordering a Texan, mostly because I'm hooked on repeaters and didn't like the idea of refilling the Texan 45 bottle every three shots/didn't really "need" all the fpe of that rifle at this time.

Yeah I would prefer a repeater also, but was thinking that since the new valve they are using bumps the power of the carbine up to the level of my full size original Texan, if a donnyfl could be attached to the carbine I’d have a much more compact package with no loss of power. Would much rather have a donnyfl on the carbine than buying the ss version.
