I just seeing if anyone knew when the texan 50 cal ss was going to be out because on airforce website it says preorder. I was looking at getting a shorter gun than what I have now just didn't want what months. Everyone on here know more than I do and sure someone has the inside scoop.

Just order the 50 cal cut the barrel and add a donny fl. Your better off with a .457. That's just a thought.
I went to a local gun Smith and had mine cut down and recrowned the barrel. Came out nice and can shoot it without moderator and it's super light weight.

You can buy the carbine model 50 cal tx2 valve from Airforce they been out for a year. Buy a Donna FL and but on the end I recommend threading the end of the barrel. But Donny does have a press fit adapter for it. The Airforce with Donny FL emperor are more effective than the Airforce moderators. The emperor is actually quite on the 50. My advise
