Texan .457 SS Carbon Fiber TX2, and without any other upgrades

Using the Texan SS Carbon Fiber .457 for deer without any aftermarket upgrades, what bullet balances best with this rifle for whitetail deer? I have Griffin .457, 350 grain boat tail hollow points. Should I go lighter or heavier and if so what type of adjustment am I looking at on the power wheel? Also at factory setting what is the power wheel set at for bullet weight? I hunt in a tight area, and I'm in a box blind mostly. The area has good bucks, and I don't generally get shots longer than 60 yards. But, to go other places given the power that this gun produces I would probably limit myself on white tails to 100 yards.
