The first thing I needed to do was test ammo. Unfortunately it doesn’t like any of the new heavier pellets. So I conducted two tests at 100 yards. One string of shots with JSB heavies, the other was with CP heavies. The lower string is the CPs. I found it very interesting, that both pellets climbed up the page so rapidly and went a little bit from right to left. Basically this is an analog shot string, versus using a chronograph. Three times by accident I shot 1 inch five shot groups with the CPs. It was relatively calm. I was shooting from my bench. The system decided to turn my pictures sideways again. My apologies. The bottom of the picture is on the right.
This is a pretty amazing rifle, considering there are no electronics. Fill pressure is 300 bar. I am considering sending it back to AZ to have a regulator installed.
The Rifle:
Why does it turn my pic upside down???
Shooting some groups. First two 3 shot groups at 100 yards, then a five shot group. All off hand.
Then I moved up to 88 yards, to attempt to shoot a 10 shot group off hand. I ran out of air after six shots. Then the wind picked up.
Airguns are a gas!
