TERRIBLE Experience with Krale.shop

Ordered a $400 bipod from them and instead of shipping it to the U.S., they decided to ship it to a third world country in AFRICA!!! Emailed them twice and received no replies. I used their online complaint form to reach out (twice), and they never bothered to reply.

So I had to contact my credit card company to initiate a chargeback, since UPS requires the shipper to resolve the mistake and I wouldn't have a chance in hell of getting the bipod in any reasonable amount of time if Krale othered to intervene. Utterly ridiculous and unacceptable!

I don't know what their deal is now. I had ordered some pellets from them before without issue, but they really dropped the ball and showed their true colors on this one.

You tracked it to Africa ? UPS should be able to reroute ? but probably to late for that .
then again you might get it in 3 or 4 weeks . I have had UPS route pkg's in a round about way

It's far beyond too late at this point. Heading back to the west coast soon, and I'm not even interested in anything from them but my money back given their lack of help.

The majority of responses about Krale over the years have been overwhelmingly positive here. Nobody is perfect, especially once it leaves the shop & is in the hands of shipping companies! Sorry for your grief with them & hope it gets resolved.

I ordered a Falcon X50 ($$$ scope) from them in 2020 and it arrived at my door from the Netherlands in 2 days. I've only had positive experiences with them and that seems to be the overwhelming consensus.

Sorry this one didn't work out. Nobody is perfect

That's unfortunate. Like others have said, I've had nothing but great luck ordering through them. I always had my new toy in hand in 3-4 days without fail. Sorry to hear you had an issue!

I've had a few dealings with Krale and all have been great. They have answered my emails promptly always.

One thing, Europe takes a lot of holidays, sure they aren't out of the office? Happened to me with them once, but they did send me an email saying as such.

I live in California and have ordered 5 guns from them this year everyone I had in my hand in three days. My lcs sk19 came in a damaged box and it would not fire. It took 2 days to reply back but I realized thats because the difference in time it’s night there when day here and there was a language barrier when I spoke to them on phone a few times as well. Anyway I received a return shipping box 3 days later sent it back and had new one three days after ups took the return. IMO they’re an incredibly good company much faster than any here I'm sorry you had a bad experience it blows my mind to hear that.

My wife and I were returning from Amsterdam a couple years ago and we got caught up in what was their summer travel period. VERY long lines at the airport, it looked like a Trump rally. It could be that they are in that situation now.

Yeah, nothing but stellar performance from Krale in all of my dealing too. Europe, as stated, takes more vacations that here in the USA. I might predict that is the reason for the fail.

i have ordered several guns from them over the years and never any problems.
and received them about the same time or faster than from U.S. shops.

Yep, I did that about after trying to get a hold of them. Krale had finally reached out saying they saw the chargeback and wouldn't dispute it.

Ya, i see all the good stuff about them , but my luck on mail ordering would go about the same as you. + My c-card folks would find a reason to dupe me on top of that... Why i dont mail order unless last ditch ..
