It's actually more of a spacer than a mount a very very very precise spacer.

I decided to change the semiautomatic mechanism, the first one was so expensive to build.

Wow, that looks like you can change a Standerd cocking pistol to a semi shooting pistol, Just by installing the back block,,
So can the standards be changed to a semi auto firing gun??

Yes, only change the block, hammer and balance valve.
