I've never claimed to be a machinist and my lathe and mill are both manual but still fun to build on. May not be the prettiest but hopefully very functional. Going on my HFT rifle.

Nice work better than I can do on my manual lathe and mill I'm definitely a novice but have been able to make a theoben peek valve and metal poppet and several other parts it's definitely fun to play with good job

Kuzey K600 177. Just fitted a reg shooting JSB 10.34 at 900fps.
Before the upgrades. TP seal between the upper and lower action was sitting a little proud so I sanded it down to remove the increasing gap between shroud and tube.

Went with an extremely tight hole of only .200" dia for the airstripper to get maximum strippage. A few test fires and no visible signs of clipping. Would be easy to tell if it hit the stripper going in being made from aluminum.

10.5gr Crosman Premier heavy in the brown box turned out to be the most accurate. 5 shots at 35 yards. That's a 177 pellet for reference.

Lightened the hammer to 35g with a peek striker. Heavier spring in free flight. Trigger polishing and barrel polishing. Tensioned shroud with airstripper and a Huma reg at 130bar/1900psi.

Very nice work Troy. Do you think 130 bar might be a bit high for such a small, light pellet? Or are you balancing it with the hammer strike?

It might be a little high. Light hammer and no preload though. I'm sure I could dive deeper and get better results and will over time but I'm generally a week of competition still building the gun shooter. Rarely have time for my personal guns.
