Airgun Technologies Tell me about Uragan 2 and pellets

I've thought recently about trying a Uragan 2, as I'm interested in a balanced valve rifle. I have a question.
Can a balanced valve be tuned to shoot light pellets? It seems to me that a balanced valve is pretty much wasted on mild shooting Guns, and shines at high power.
I have a couple FX rifles tuned for enough power, maybe 45 fpe or so, now I'm thinking what I want for low power, say less than 30 fpe or so.

Can't write anything about the Uragan 2 but I have an Epic Two in .22 cal with a balanced valve and find it will shoot to a specific tune very well. When the Epic Two first arrived it was tuned very high, I suspect to be used as a slug gun, and I drained the air and turned the regulator down to 95BAR. Memory is a bit fuzzy but 18 gr pellets seemed to fly around 800->825ft/sec once the hammer spring was adjusted correcly. It has been shooting so well that an Epic Two Lite in .22cal has been ordered to run heavier pellets and maybe slugs: retuning a well shooting guns seems like such a waist.
