Ted's Holdover / Wildcat / Review Comment

There's that other guy who shots squirrels at the squirrel dairy queen he opened for them, from his porch. I sometimes wonder if he live traps them elsewhere and brings them to his yard.

To each his own I guess.

I recall reading about some famous nature photographer who said something to the effect that if it is not within 50 yards or a road it's not worth photographing.

Seriously...

He's too fking lazy to get out of his damned truck.?? What a waste

Mike

I would say he’s one of the least lazy guys in the airgun industry. He has tested all kinds of slugs for us. Not a very nice comment. Watch some more of his videos. And yes I’m a big fan of Teds holdover.

Mike has done so much for the community, real hard working guy. Works so hard on these posts he even signs them like he's writing an email. It's not like his name is clearly written above!

The way I took his comment was that he can be bought... I'm probably wrong. But that's the way I took it. Seems like every video out there is a commercial ( marketing) for an airgun and all the add ons. I get thats what makes the world go around..

I like Ted and his videos. He is passionate is on exhibit with each production.

He said it and it does work. Shooting from a truck ( vehicle) works very well as to not spook the birds...

Back in the day Ted used to shoot all kinds of air guns, I think he is one of the guys that got the PCP world growing , Yes he help start this form but he did not like all the crap that was going on so took a back seat so he could just shoot and enjoy the sport, He is in someway invested in FX and FX is some way invested in him , If your a great shot and make a few videos with other guns FX will come to you with free guns its called advertisement,

I've watched Ted's videos off and on for years. I remember him posting them on the yellow forum when I first got into the pcp seen. Even though there may be a paid relationship with FX one thing I feel Ted has always been is honest in his reviews. If he doesn't like it he says so. I enjoyed that last video... I took it as nothing more than showing how easily it could be shot from a tight area.
