tank and valve

I just got a fill tank from Talon tunes , but it is not put together. my question is : do i just screw the pieces in place (O rings only ) or do i have to use teflon tape ? looks to me like o rings only but thought i would ask . 700cc carbon bottle valve and hose setup .
