Felt that I needed to write a review. During these times; even more so recently were people are only expressing negative reviews and spewing venom, to find a business that is professional and gives great customer service with clear communication with honesty and no excuses, is like a breath of fresh air.
I had been contemplating on purchasing the power plenum for my impacts. At almost 200$ in parts and about another 200$ in labor per rifle it’s a good amount of money. I had questions and concerns. I spoke to Tony at Talon Tunes and he answered all my questions, and concerns. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time nor did he rush me in my decision process. He gave me clear and concise information so I would be able to make an educated and informed decision as to my purchases.
I bought my power plenums from Tony and sent him my rifles. He installed and tuned my rifles. I want to be clear also he just didn’t install the parts and not check the rifle. Tony installed the power plenum and made sure the rifle was working correctly, he made sure there were no leaks and nothing was wrong or broken. After the install and check up. He TUNED my rifles to what I needed and what I use them for, Tony called me and asked me how I use my rifles and what is my primary function with the rifles. He then went and tuned my rifles for me. I want to be clear this is included in his original price and quote. He did not come back to me during or after and ask me for more money or raise the price. We all know that this is the first thing that some places do. They tell you oh you had a broken this and a leak here and they make your rifle seem like it was a POS and they didn’t know how it was working to begin with. Not Tony he took care of everything.
I got my rifles back and couldn’t wait to shoot them. It was like 10 pm and I couldn’t wait till morning. I put on my scopes and loaded both rifles up. Put in the magazine and loaded a pellet. The moment I pulled the trigger I knew that my rifle was perfect and had never felt nor sounded so good. You know we all know what our rifles sound like when we pull the trigger and the pellet flys out of the barrel we know the particular sound it makes. Well my rifles never sounded so crisp. I don’t know how to explain what it sounded like but I can tell you what it felt like. I felt like I was James Bond when he shoots his Walter PPKS with a silencer and the sound it makes when he pulls the trigger. It was awesome.
So Tony Thank you,, Thank you so very much I feel like I have 2 new different rifles. I was thinking of getting MK2’s but in reality I feel mine are not only as good but possibly better than the MK2 so why would I spend more money.
I recommend Talon Tunes 100% with my eyes closed.
