Airforce Talon P Scope options / general thoughts Help me scope mine

Discovery 2-12x HD, it ticks all the boxes.

Ah, resistance is futile, that's why we're all here.
Do you want to keep it as a pistol or use the shoulder stock? For a pistol, I'd suggest something light, like a dot sight.
For a carbine, here is a thought: a scout/swat scope mounted on the forward rail. The one in the photo is a UTG 2-7x44 (thanks, moleeye!). It gets a little front-heavy, but overall not heavy, and the scope height is probably as low as one can get.

For a cheap scope, Accushot compact, comes with picarinny rings (you'll need dovetail) and caps. Wire reticle, fully illuminated. You can find them for 150 on Amazon.

Better scope another UTG: OP3 compact. Better reticle, center x illumination, caps and an etched glass reticle. Both come with medium rings which are perfect in my opinion.

Your build is fantastic, I would be more interested to know how you mounted the short ARCA section? And it looks like you used 3 of these or something similar for the pic rails? Makes mounting accessories easy and seems like it would help to strengthen the factory AF chassis.

Everything that I did (and learned) is covered in this thread, with most of the interesting pictures around page 5 or 6. Amazing power and accuracy from a 24 year old design, fun project, and most importantly, looks good. lol
