Currently we are working on the models listed on the Website, Impact M3, Impact MK1/MKII, Maverick, and Crown. We are planning on adding more as we ramp up production.

Shouldn't, though it will always depend on the power you are pushing the projectile.

The one major thing to remember is that you will need a 14mm outer barrel for this system to work. The Crown for instance has the option to use a light weight barrel. In this case you will have to order the Fx Impact M3 barrel kit to function properly. The tensioner system will not work with smaller barrels. Please make sure that your rifles have the 14mm OD before ordering.

Glad we could help.

We are working right now to get enough of the Kits made so we can make them live all at once. We are trying our best to have the inventory so we are not slowly trickling them out a few at a time.

For the hammer spring, yes. If you are planning on running the heavy Tungsten weight , 254 grains, you will need the heavier spring as well.

Does it tension when it's screwed onto the liner retention "nut" and then it pushes against the block in front of the cocking block? Also is there a gap between the ID of outer shroud and the inner 14mm OD tube liner or is it a snug fit?
Any photos of one on a early model Crown?

An early version of the Crown that I have been playing with here in the shop. This particular Crown was set up with the light weight barrel. So I had to grab an M3 barrel kit for the correct diameter for the tension kit. Remember that you will need the 14mm outer diameter barrel for the system to work.

There is a fairly good sized gap between the two carbon tubes. It will secure on the threads on the retention nut with a built in air stripper. There are still the 1/2x20 threads to add an additional moderator as normal.

Thanks for the reply, really appreciate it. How would you compare the up and down flex of factory set up vs this design? Mine being a 600mm does have a lot of flex but it doesn't seem to affect the accuracy any just a little annoying.

It does make a world of a difference, there is some flex there but nothing like the stock shroud. Your POI will be less susceptible to changing due to the added stiffness. This also has an added air stripper that will help with speed and accuracy.

Ok have a few questions, is the actual barrel liner under tension with this system? Or still in compression?

The system will thread onto the exposed threads of the barrel liner lock / jam nut.

If I understand correctly, your sleeve "pulls" on the threaded end of the barrel, and pushes on the "frame", is this correct ?

Approximately how much load (inch lbs.) is put on the barrel, and what is the possibility of the barrel being pulled out of the receiver ?

You are correct about that Mike.

The recommendation that we have been given is to tighten until you are tight, and then go a little further. If you really crank down on the system you will pull the barrel out of the receiver!
