Taipan number three just showed up a couple days ago. It’s a .177 standard that will be my starter rifle for hunter field target. I decided to get a picture of them all together. The bottom one is a .25 compact, middle is the new .177 standard and the top is a .22 long. I thought the size reference might be helpful to someone trying to decide which one to get. The .22 long does have an added power plenum so that’s why the air tube is sticking out past the barrel. It usually wears a Donny FL Koi but I removed it for a better size comparison. Now I just need to get a different color laminate stock for one of the gray ones so they look a little more different.
