Machined 1911 frame from https://www.rusticindustrialcustoms.com/ and Hogue Overmoulded grip for a good angle and consistent hand placement, topped with a Holosun HS507C-X2

I’m in the UK so we have the stupid sub6 rule, but it makes 18fpe with the reg set at 125bar and it is very consistent, when I was pellet testing JSB Rs it had a ES of 4fps over a full mag

Maybe I am weird, but I don't like the black 1911 style and other grips nearly as much as I like the original grip. I think the wood and steel is far sexier, and the original grip fits my hand really really well. Of all the many accessories I have put on and taken off my gk1, i never once thought to replace the grips

Just ordered a folding stock & that extended picatinny adapter by huben3dparts guys.
I am trying everything to feel good about this gk1 purchase!!!

just not feeling the pistol for some reason…
maybe this carbine conversion can do that trick…
