Tactacam FTS

I've had my Tactacam 4.0 for about a month and finally purchased the FTS mount. I've found I can either have the reticle in focus, or the target, but not both. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. I've tried setting it up with my phone, but I have an old Samsung Galaxy J7 V and it's a real pain connecting through wifi. The FTS is setup on an Arken SH-4 4-14X44 FFP scope. I'm going squirrel hunting in morn so it's currently set at 6X.

If your scope has an AO you need to have your reticle focused with the camera and adjust your AO to get your target image focused. If your scope doesn't have an AO then you have a problem. 1 image will always be out of focus, you just have to decide which one is best for you, target or reticle.
