I'm assuming you have the Tactacam app on your phone but maybe not. Use the app to center your camera image, level the crosshairs, verify focus, etc. Once you do that & lock everything down you should be getting decent images. Contact me if want to. I'd like to see you get the most out of the camera. It's really working well for me.
