Tac vector customer service experience?

Anybody have any experience with getting a vector scope warranty replaced? I bought one, thought about selling it and then decided to keep it. Finally mounted it on my urban and noticed a smudge on the lense but when I tried to clean it nothing happened. Turns out there's some kind of something on the inside of the ocular lense. I've tried to contact the company but the voice mail is just some random generic answering machine, doesn't even say the company name. No response yet from the email I sent.

The pictures show the mark, it's definitely not a reflection or dirt smudge.

I returned a Sentinel 10-40x50 after 10-11 months because it would not hold zero, a section of the elevation turret was mushy, and the elevation knob could be turned while it was locked down. I bought mine through the vendor on amazon and contacted them (tac vector) through the messaging section. They were very responsive and after 4-5 email exchanges they agreed to send me a new scope once I shipped them the defective one. This was about 8 months ago.

I bought a Tac Vector a few months ago and both the parallax and illumination knobs were almost impossible to turn. Because I mounted the scope, the vendor (EDGUN) would not provide any warranty support. I then tried going directly to Tac Vector, and after trading numerous emails , to include a video of the problem, they just quit responding. Here is the last response I got from them:

From Janet Zhou:

We sincerely apologize for the late responding.

I checked the video and checked with our technician, he told us there is dust proof glue inside the knobs, so would you please try to turn the knob back and front with more strength ?

It should work.

Look forward to hearing from you soon.

Bottom line, they must have over glued both knobs, its stupid hard to turn either one. Bad news scope, and bad customer/vendor support.

Nothing but a boat anchor for me. While not an expensive scope, for me its more of the treatment from both vendors. Will not be doing any biz with either in the future.
