Switched Gifts On Christmas?

Only in 2020.

My eldest son gave me a heavy, wrapped gift this morning with the caveat that he "may have switched my gift with the one for Jordyn", my 16 year old granddaughter. Here's what I found when I unwrapped the gift.

It was still sealed. Guess the gifts WERE switched. Still, he had me open it. Here's what I found inside the sealed box.

He insisted I open one of these festive feminine products "just to be sure." OoooKay, here we go...

The stinking hoser! 50 cartridges of fresh CO2 - exactly what I wanted! He admitted it took him 4 hours to prep this gift. Now THAT'S love, in a twisted way.

Merry Christmas to everyone who perseveres through seeming adversity.

I tried out my first Super last night on my indoor 10m range. I counted 70 good shots followed by 3 shots progressively lower on the target. At that point I degassed the CO2 chamber, noting only a little gas residue that seemed consistent with the Crosman powerlets I usually use. The neck of the Super is slightly different from the Crosman, having an additional narrowing of the neck diameter just at the top of the bottle. In a gun with an external pressure chamber, such as my 2300S, this isn't an issue. I'll have to try a Super in my Daisy BB pistol without an external chamber to see if the narrower neck maintains a good seal with the CO2 seat in the gun.
