SWFA is great. Had an item on back order for about a month. Emailed them inquiring about expected delivery. Andy emailed me back within 24 hours stating they had no projected delivery. I waited another couple weeks then cancelled the order. Again 24 hours or less they sent me an email confirming my order cancellation. They didn't have to refund any money because they stated they don't take the money out until they have the item to ship. I've bought more than a few scopes from them, always A+
