SWFA Customer Service

Several months ago, I bought a "like new" SWFA SS 3-15x42 FFP scope from a forum member, it's been sitting in a box since. Well, I finally mounted it up and took it out a couple of weeks ago only to find out that it would not hold focus... ERrrr .....

I called up SWFA and spoke to Wendy (super nice person) and explained what was going on and the fact that I bought it used. She quickly looked up my customer number from a previous purchase and told me to send it in for repair or replacement. 

One day after SWFA received my return, I got an email with a tracking number. 4 business days later, I received a new scope! Not a refurb, brand spanking new!

Now that's customer service!
