I posted 3 or 4 weeks ago about ordering an air rifle from them and got an order confirmation but ZERO info from them from that point on. No shipping details, nothing...like a Ghost shop.

Several members here stated they experienced the same. Haven't received a single reply from them about canceling my order. As someone here recommended to contact my CC which I did and luckily they will not charge me.

Sad that they, Survival Airguns, could have had a profitable business but they blew it and its obvious that they could care less.

I thought they advertised on this site but maybe not.

To EVERYONE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!.

I'm still waiting for this to get cleared, I really don't like these idiots, they put a bad taste on purchasing a PCP on-line, at least for me. Sucks.

With so many solid dealers that have outstanding history it still blows my mind when people go try order from some obscure outfits.

Why ? ...what do they have that the known dealers don't ?

Thats an excellent question that I can't answer except that I did purchase an airgun from them about a year ago and got good service, seriously. I got advertising emails from them and watched several YouTube videos about them, all was good as it so seemed. You can still watch YouTube videos of them.

Something went wrong with them but as such they need to SHUT DOWN their website, for the good of us all.

As you stated, I'm only going to order from the big guys from.now on, I just wanted to support new start ups. I could mention another rip off PCP dealer but I'll refrain. He's in Florida.

Don’t need to stay with the big guys, just the reputable ones. Guys like penchetta, and trenier aren’t as big as the likes of Utah or AOA, but their service and shipping is outstanding.

Got scammed on a slug purchase. No response from Survival Airguns after 3 weeks. Definitely a scam. Beware!!

Sad when a vendor goes ^^ up and does not bother to take down their site nor inform their customers. I like the idea of supporting smaller vendors, primarily when dealing online ALWAYS use a credit card, NOT a debit card. Not accepting major credit cards is a red flag. A company is a safer bet if they accept AMEX, AMEX is tougher than some of the others.
