My understanding is that sharg.pl is not shipping anything to the us currently. That $999 shipping cost is just a place holder until things are sorted out. Poland as well as a few other European countries are not shipping to the US for now. I placed an order for some parts that was refunded and that is what I was told.
In the world of economics the worst thing is uncertainty. The common response is to just hunker down until the uncertainty passes. Which makes the Sharg.pl response reasonable.

You should get with Ratzy, he can teach you all about the 'net. Turkey is a member of the EU. The listed shipping charges do not include tarrifs. Ipso Facto, the people who order at one price then are charged AFTER the fact for tarrifs.

The only rocks around here are in your head.
Turkey has never been a member of the EU.

The Reximex moderator is decent value and works well.

Yes, I can teach most people all about the net. You obviously are an exception.

Things like Turkey not being a member of the EU. Simple to find out on Google. But I knew based upon my knowledge of Economics. First clue, not being Sweden, they have their own currency the Turkish Lira.

The point about tariffs that went over your head is that those charges are a direct response to tariffs. Certain organizations have stopped all shipping to the US rather than deal with the uncertainty of US tariff policy.

Tariffs apply at point of entry. If the tariffs change after shipment and before receipt at point of entry then the new tariffs apply.

So rather than deal with the ever changing tariffs and threats of tariffs they just dont ship to the US.
