For those of you who have the superior liner, is it that much better than the slug liner?

It is not a slug liner as advertised. I have one on my Wildcat Compact MK!! and have not shot any NSA or others other than the FX Hybrid slugs nor recommended by FX! I think the FX hybrids are supposed to be GTG in the current Superior liner . I did observe great results with the hybrids on my gun .

I never could get slugs to shoot in the slug liner A i bought for my dreamline. The superior liner shoots fx and nsa slugs very very well for me.

I have one on my Crown 600mm .25. With the NSA 29.5 FP @980 FPS. 1.25 - 1.5" consistently at 100yds, sub MOA's as well. Thing is? There are NO fliers. They will NOT compete with a 34gn KH in no wind at that range, However the 34KH won't compete with the slugs with any wind at that range!

Swapped out my Slug “A” Liners in my 600mm FX Crown and Wildcat MKII .25 for the Superior STX liners. They’re power tuned, but I sling pellets and slugs accurately with them both. JSB’s and NSA’s of various weights. My Wildcat MKIII Sniper came with a 700mm Superior STX liner, and it shoots very accurately also. Almost a couple months and I think the barrels are very good. Again, keep in mind that part of shooting accurately is much on the shooter. But the barrels are good and I like them a lot, very accurate!

The heavy superior liners are available now @ Talon Tunes just ordered 2 .22 cal & .30 cal ....will post results when I get them

I want a 380mm Crown superior barrel. Shot the 17.5 NSAand the FX slugs yesterday at 860fps and 740fps at a 130bar pellet tune and they will be killer out to 40-50 yards. But I would like to try the new barrel and perhaps up the power just a bit to get the ultimate pester.
