Had a .22 1000X Chassis that shot ever larger groups going from 50-100 yds. Sometimes it wouldn't even hit anywhere on the splatterburst target at 100yds. I called the distributor and asked for repair. I was miffed a bit initially as they said they don't do the work and to contact RAW. Well I did! RAW does the warranty work on their rifle, not the distributor. They sent me a mailing label and it went back to the 'factory' in the US and they did the work on the rifle rather than a multi-trained technician. They say it is now repaired and I should get it back sometime next week. It will get here a little over two weeks after it was sent. Probably would have been faster if shipping wasn't generally screwed up because of COVID.
I received prompt responses to my questions and got a detailed report of what RAW found. It included pictures of 10 shot groups at 25 and 50 Yds fomr two different shooters. They were tight and totally acceptabble. Now if I put the scope back on it and it doesn't spray like shooting out of a funnel all will be good.
The distributor tested the weapong using using JSB Monsters but RAW tested it with the "redesigned" JSBs. So the redesigned pellet is the preferred pellet according to RAW.
I didn't know but want others to know that if your RAW is having problems go direct to the US manufacturer. The factory does the repairs and will let you know every step of the way what the progress is on your repair order.
